I am Sushant, I am an Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer. I also hold a master’s degree in Sports Management from Symbiosis School of Sports Sciences, Pune.
I am an ex-professional cricketer who pursued the sport for 14 years in Mumbai, and now an amateur tennis player along with multiple half-marathons and full marathons under my belt.
With 7+ years of experience, I have worked with some High Net worth Indians to enhance their physical fitness and have also worked with athletes to improve their on-field performance. I have also worked as the lead strength and conditioning specialist at a sports science and physiotherapy-based setup for over 3 years.
Being an ex-professional athlete myself and armed with a strong foundation in training and nutrition, I excel at connecting the dots to improve overall performance on and off the field.
